Management Development Program - Jim's Formal Wear

Description:

Jim's Formal Wear is interested in potential Management Development candidates for employment at one of ten regional distribution centers across the country:

» Anderson, Indiana	» Richmond, Virginia
» Atlanta, Georgia	» Salina, Kansas
» Endicott, New York	» Seguin, Texas
» Ottawa, Illinois	» Trenton, Illinois
» Pueblo, Colorado	» Visalia, California

A 10-12 month training program leads to management placement in one of our nine centers or within the company's retail division.

Our program provides specific training in: production control, dealer relations, customer service, retail operations, marketing and resource management.

If you possess a bachelor's degree, are self-motivated, work well in a team setting and are willing to work hard, Jim's Formal Wear Company may be for you.

Training will take place in our Trenton, IL Service Center - or - by special arrangement at one of our other Service Centers.

Jim's Formal Wear is interested in potential Dealer Relations Representative candidates for employment at any one of our ten Service Centers nationwide:

» Pueblo, Colorado	» Visalia, California

Dealer Relations Representative (DRR) responsibilities include growing revenues of current customer base; prospecting and developing new accounts through cold calling, referrals and qualified leads; product education; retailer training; sales forecasting and analysis. Extensive overnight travel is required.
